Scope of Work

Lawson Lundell completed a large scale phased renovation of their premises on floors 14 to 17. The project was completed over 8 phases in 2018-2020 with swing space on the 5th floor. Improvements included a hotel style high end reception area, a sophisticated interconnecting spiral staircase between floors, multiple large boardrooms with switchable glass, and hard surface ceilings with indirect LED feature lighting. The project was designed and constructed by Omicron.
