Scope of Work

First Majestic Silver completed a full floor design build of the 18th floor of the building in 2017 with Syncor Office Solutions. The design features a traditional layout with perimeter offices, a silver themed design palette to reflect the tenant’s mining business, drywall ceilings with LED accent lighting and an oversized community oriented staff room.
